Dhiraj Rajaram is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Mu Sigma. He is considered one of the world’s foremost thinkers in the areas of big data, analytics, and decision sciences.
An entrepreneur at heart, Dhiraj has helped MuSigma secure top investor backing from the likes of Sequoia Capital and General Atlantic, as well as industry recognition, including being named to Fortune’s 40 under 40, an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, and most recently as 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Economic Times of India.
Prior to founding Mu Sigma, Dhiraj worked as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University.
